MODULAR INSTRUMENTATION PRODUCTS

Since 1984 Data Design has provided unique instrumentation products to the scientific community.  Off the shelf products were also available for many years, generally providing modular instrument functions based on CAMAC and CPCI/PXI.  Many of these products were focused on the needs of the high energy physics community.   While these standards have aged, many Data Design products can still be found in active use today.   Unfortunately, Data Design no longer manufactures off the shelf modular instrument products, but support for these products is still available.  Please see the legacy product support page for more information.  Additional support of certain legacy products is also available from Mink Hollow Systems. 

Even as modern technology has made a commodity of off the shelf products, advanced scientific needs still often demand special purpose instrumentation designs.  Data Design still does design and manufacture scientific instrumentation, including for the high energy physics community, but the work is generally customized to address unique needs.  These designs are always provided with the latest technology and a rich tradition of fully understanding the scientific problems they address.  Please review the rest of our site to understand the kinds of technology offered by Data Design today.
